8.00am breakfast
9.00am meditation and Dhamma talk
11.00am lunch
1.00pm dhamma talk 2.00pm free time (reading, cleaning, shower, rest, etc)
4.00pm meditation and Dhamma discussion
6.00pm light meal (optional)
7.00pm evening chanting, meditation and Dhamma talk
9.30pm sleep
