Meditation Retreats

Daily Program

  1. 5.30am -morning chanting and meditation
  2. 7.00am -walking meditation
  3. 8.00am -breakfast
  4. 9.00am -meditation and Dhamma talk
  5. 11.00am-lunch
  6. 1.00pm -dhamma talk 2.00pm free time (reading, cleaning, shower, rest, etc)
  7. 4.00pm -meditation and Dhamma discussion
  8. 6.00pm -light meal (optional)
  9. 7.00pm -evening chanting, meditation and Dhamma talk
  10. 9.30pm -sleep
