5.00am - wake up
5.30am - morning chanting and meditation
7.00am - walking meditation
8.00am - breakfast
9.00am - meditation and Dhamma talk
11.00am - lunch
1.00pm - dhamma talk 2.00pm free time (reading, cleaning, shower, rest, etc)
4.00pm - meditation and Dhamma discussion
6.00pm - light meal (optional)
7.00pm - evening chanting, meditation and Dhamma talk
9.30pm - sleep
