Dear Everyone,

Thank you for your enthusiastic and co-operative participation in the Shangri La retreat.

Venerable Phra Mana, LuongPo Sawat the volunteers and I hope you have had a wonderful weekend at the monastery,

and have returned home with new skills and a more peaceful vibration. Please apply your mindful breathing to enhance your speedy daily activities, and enjoy Shangri La within.

Don’t slow down your creativity and responsibilities, unless you need to take a breakJJ Coffee time is your deep breathing exercise time.

We hope you will return for another retreat or join us for lunch at 11am any Sunday.

Attached is the group photo and we love to hear your comments and feedback.

If anyone would like me to email them a copy of the chanting or would like to clarify any of the teachings please let me know.

We will have more photos on the website for you to see during the week.

I arrived home 6.30pm lastnight back into Griffith so not so bad.

Thanking you kindly for the lovely weekend and making it all so easy for my first experience at a retreat. I enjoyed the time and the intense programme was well delivered.

I plan to return within 3 to 6 months and I am sure the bulbs I helped plant along the 16 steps will add to the beauty of the Monastery grounds.

Hi Kim,

Thanks so much for helping to make the retreat such a wonderful experience. Even though we didn’t get to formally meet and talk to one another, I can’t help feeling a certain kinship with all who shared the weekend.

I would also like to echo my sincere thanks for the wonderful experience and learning provided by the Sunnataram Monastery retreat. The support, wisdom and collegiate atmosphere provided by the Venerable Phra Mana, LuongPo Sawat,  the volunteers and participants created an environment that allowed me to comfortably find my inner calm.  It is a truly stunning location and the hard work to maintain and share those beautiful surroundings is greatly appreciated.
