Dear Kim

My heartfelt thanks to the Venerable Phra Mana, Luang Po Sawat, Lama Ken, Peter, Lama Chokdee and the wonderful volunteers for providing the perfect environment for a much needed upgrade to my mindfulness practice.  I'm always amazed by how much I learn in just one short weekend with you all. I'm so grateful to you for your boundless generosity and patience.

Hi Kim

Thankyou so much for the photograph and the kind words.

The retreat was so calming and inspiring and such a relief to get away from  the craziness of the city.

Thankyou so much to everyone and particularly to yourself and Phra Mana for his kindness and wisdom.

Best wishes Helen
