Dear Phra ajhan Mana and Khun Kim,

Thank you so much once again for allowing me to join this special boxing & New Year days retreat.

It was a great retreat and I have learnt a lot much more than I could have imagined. I am starting to see more things much clearer about how we can use Anapanasati to help or prevent or stop suffering!! Just come back to home sweet home :) with this busy world we tend to forget we do have a home that we can rely on and never harm us... I have also learnt that we could use wisdom wisely and by realising craving or desire much faster so we do not fall into a trap of birth of ego, attachments to lead to another Jati.

I will also use the words of the little Budda when he was born to remind me how important it is to end the suffering by aiming it is my last life not to be born again from suffering.

Thanks from the bottom of my heart.

With deep gratitude and appreciation.

Dear Prah Mana, Kim, Kevin and volunteers,

Thank you for the retreat this year - I am very blessed by all your wisdom, guidance, work and support.

We speak of “home sweet home” in our meditative practice and mindfulness, and this is of course very true. It is also true that you make the monastery “home sweet home” for this “peaceful madman” and no doubt many others. It is a gift of good to the world.

After a year in and out of war zones and hospitals, I’m so grateful to be restored in hope - thanks to yourselves.

Much metta.

Be well.

Pete

Dearest Pra Mana, Kim and volunteers

It was such great fortune to be able to attend Boxing day retreat with you. It is hard to express in words how much gratitude I feel for the immense privilege of your guidance, metta and receiving the precious treasure of the Dhamma through your talented teaching that you gift us. I know I speak for everyone when I express our sincere and deep appreciation for your teachings Pra Mana. Your understanding and gifted way of explaining to us sooo clearly  - each step, the graduation, the links across the sutras with such clarity, sweetness and liveliness - indeed you bring the truth to life for us with your creative and penetrating analogies and metaphors so that some fog clears and we experience all those ah ha moments and the joy and perfume of the true Dhamma…  thank you

Many times I just wished I could inscribe what you say on my heart so that I might never forget it - it wouldnt matter how many times I heard the same thing Id always be grateful and yet you make each time different and precious.  Thank you also for sharing the pilgrimage book - I will return it when I come back as I know it is out of print.

Thank you Kim for all you do to support Pra Mana the other monks and the volunteers and for your delicious cooking and gardening Sadu Sadu Sadu

We all appreciate and admire all the great efforts and paramis you all practice with such commitment
