Retreat 1-3 Nov 2024

Dear Everyone,

Thank you for your delightful participation in the Make your Dreams come True retreat.

Our dream/aim is to be peaceful and we used the 16 Steps of Anapanasati (mindful breathing) as a technique to gain calmness of mind and gain an insight into Annata (non-self).

Our secret language used in the retreat is our refined breath, which brings both peacefulness and happiness.

We learnt to use the shortcut Mantra of just hearing, just feeling, just thinking....

Peaceful life is ordinary life, without expectation and attachment.

Phra Mana, the volunteers and I all hope you had a very productive and positive experience.

We would love to hear your feedback and thoughts about the retreat.

Once again, thank you so much for your enthusiastic and wonderful help in the gardens.

We look forward to seeing you all in 2025, or any Sunday this year.

Mrs. Kim McSweeney

Thank you so much Kim, Phra Mana & volunteers.

It really was a wonderful weekend. I’m sorry I didn’t see you to say goodbye Kim.

See you next year

Emma

Dear Kim

Thank you for another amazing meditation retreat. I also want to express my heartfelt for the Dharma teaching. Phra Mana's wisdom, compassion, and guidance made a profound impact on my understanding of the Dhamma. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunities to learn from him.

The insights of Phra Mana shared on " Anatta - Lakkhana Sutta" resonated deeply with me. The way Phra Mana presented the teachings helped me see new ways to incorporate mindfulness and kindness into my daily life.

Thank you for dedicating your time and energy to organise the meditation retreat. I am inspired to continue practicing and exploring the Dhamma further. I look forward to attending future meditation retreat and learning more.

Thanks.
Diana

Hello Kim

Thank you for the notes to the retreat. And heartfelt thanks to everyone at Sunnataram for such a lovely retreat. The team took so much care of everyone and Phra Mana gave us so much of his time and energy. I feel very grateful for the time I spent there.

With metta
