Retreat 6 - 8 Sept 2024

Thank you to everyone for being a part of our september retreat.
Venerable Phra Mana, the volunteers and I hope that everyone has had a very positive and beneficial retreat.
We hope that you have new-found skills to help you all navigate your busy lives, at work, at home and in all your encounters.
Thank you to everyone for your help in the gardens and cleaning, and to all the gentlemen who helped to turn the giant compost pile.
A special thankyou to Fred, and to Johnny and Roger who helped to prepare for the retreat.
I have attached a copy of the Chanting Book if anyone would like to remember some of the Sutta teachings, as well as the group photo. There will be more photos for you to see on our website during the week.
Please feel free to write and share your thoughts and experience with us. We welcome all your comments and feedback, and love to share with all our volunteers.
Please feel free to email and join us any Sunday at 10am, and you are most welcome to bring your friends and family.
Kind regards and metta,
Kim

Hi Kim

Thank you once again to you and all the volunteers. I'm sorry I just realised that I have mistakenly paid 100$ instead of 150$. I have transferred the balance now.

I had a great experience with this retreat. Phra Mana's teachings are deep but very easy to understand. The highlights for me were his teachings on disenchantment, dispassion, non-self, incorporation of vipassana and seven qualities of the awakened. Walking meditation at night around the Agoda was also a unique experience.

Lot of merit for all the volunteers for letting us have this truly wonderful experience.

Kind regards
Mahima

Thank you for another beautiful weekend.

I’ll see you in a few months when the compost pile has been fully finished
