Hi Kim,
Thank you for the summary of the teachings from the retreat, something for me to ponder about until next time And thank you for organising these retreats, it has been absolute pleasure to participate.
The place is so beautiful, peaceful and spacious with lots of walking trails with insightful messages all around. I loved the smell and colours of the blooming flowers all around. How nice to see a wombat up close, munching on a carrot in the dining area, kangaroos watching from a distance, the cat with such a personality and all the birds and ducks. Just amazing. It is such a sanctuary
The bed was comfortable, hot water bottles very handy for the cold nights. And the food was just delicious! Please pass on my appreciation to all the cooks and volunteers.
The teaching was simple enough for me to understand as I am new to buddhism. I had a few aha moments where I understood a little bit more. I am very grateful for this opportunity. The meditations and tai-chi were so enjoyable and calming. I am very thankful to the monks for their time to share their wisdom in such a friendly manner. Please pass on my deep gratitude
Thank you, thank you, thank you, to all involved! Beautiful retreat.
And I would love if you could email me a copy of the chanting book.
With love
Silvie
Thank you for a wonderful week-end that was insightful and inspiring.
I particularly enjoyed the teachings on the philosophy of Buddhism.
My meditation practice has improved.
Could you please send me a copy of the Chanting Book?
I have made an additional donation through your bank account, using 'commeignes' as the reference.
Regards,
Hervé.
Thank you Kim!
It was definitely the best retreat experience in Sydney!
Unfortunately I started to cough on Saturday afternoon, considering that I lived in the train area, I finished off from dinner time.
I made the donation transfer last Thursday and cleaned up my bed before my departure.
Please share my sincere gratitude to the whole Monastery team. And I must come back again soon!
Kind regards,
Molly
Dear Phra Mana, Kim and volunteers,
Thank you for giving our family an opportunity to participate in the September retreat. We truly appreciate Phra Mana's teachings and especially for Mihin and Thisuli. They had a wonderful first experience and hopefully they will have many more. The monastery, environment and accomodation made the experience even more interesting and we are truly thankful for all the hard work that goes into maintaining it as beautiful as it is. Thank you Kim for running everything so smoothly as always. Phra Wattachai's dhamma talk was inspiring and we wish him all the best. We truly appreciate all the hard work that goes into preparing meals throughout the retreat by the volunteers and without them we will have no place to practice meditation.
Thank you with metta
Mahima and Sugeesh
Thank you for the below email and for your help to get me a last minute place at the retreat as well as throughout the retreat. You are so dedicated it’s inspirational! I’m sorry I didn’t say goodbye in person I tried to get you before lunch was served, but you disappeared inside and I had to go as I as I had to get to a Father’s Day lunch.
I had a beautiful retreat and the accommodation and food and everything was just perfect.
Please pass my gratitude to the Monks - I felt like I had a direct audience with the Buddha! My meditation practice will be so much better after his instruction. I will go on and be an influencer!
I hope one day to visit again, until then many blessings,
Christine
Hi Kim
Thanks for another stellar retreat. A huge thanks to the chefs- the food was amazing!
Thanks to Phra Mana for his teaching - I LOVED the teaching with the doors. I know the Monks recorded it for their review… but it would be amazing if that was shared on a private YouTube or similar. Phra Mana’s teaching aids and methods were truly appreciated and it really helped it land. So thank you.
But, by and large, my most favourite part was Phra Wattachai’s Dhamma talk… I would love to have heard more… it was very fascinating and deeply resonated with me. So thank Him for all his inspiration and sharing his Wisdom with us.
No feedback at all- it was amazing as usual!
And a huge thanks to you for keeping the show running. It truly is appreciated by me. Rest up and I hope the clean up after the wind is not too much for the Monks

Dear Kim,
We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to attend the Power of Rejuvenation retreat. It was a very meaningful and peaceful experience, and we truly appreciated the teachings, guidance, and kindness shared throughout the retreat.
The retreat gave us an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with mindfulness and inner peace. We are grateful to everyone who contributed to creating such a supportive and beautiful environment.
We would also be very grateful if you could kindly provide us with a copy of the Chanting Book, as it would be helpful for our continued practice.
May the merits of the retreat continue to benefit all beings.
We look forward to returning to the monastery again.
With mettā,
Louis&Tram
