5-8 June 2026 retreat

Dear Friends,

We rejoice with your wonderful participation in the long weekend retreat, with an extra day of practice and more Dhamma discussions.

The Awakened Consciousness will allow us to drop attachment to problems, beautifully and joyfully. We need to maintain mindful breathing and add acknowledgement of Impermanence and Anatta, the breath, happy feelings and thoughts. Keep the momentum going, and advance with inner peace.

Attached please find a few photos, and more will be available on the website soon.
Attached is also the Chanting Book for your reference.
If you wish to continue with Tai Chi practice please google 24 movement tai chi, and select a teacher of your choice.

We love to have your feedback and hear your experience of the retreat, so please feel free to email with your ideas, and we all look forward to seeing you again at retreat or any Sunday at 10am.

With metta, and joy :)
Kim

Dear Khun Kim,

Thank you once again for organising the retreat. As always, it was revitalising to step away from the demands of daily life and realign ourselves with the teachings of the Buddha.

I have made a small donation to the monastery to assist with its ongoing running costs – please refer to the attached remittance advice.

I hope that Pra Mana and you will be able to continue running the meditation program for many years to come. It is a wonderful benefit to so many people.

On a separate note, Pra Mana mentioned the seated posture of Guan Yin. This posture is known as the "Royal Ease" posture (Lalitasana), and is also commonly associated with Water Moon Guan Yin.

With gratitude,

Tay
