8-10 Mar 19 The Power of Mindfulness Retreat

 

Dear Everyone,

Thank you for being part of this lovely retreat for 2019.

Venerable Phra Mana, Luongpo sawat, Phra Phravit, Phra Maha Vitisak and all volunteers would like to thank you for your wholehearted participation.

We rejoice with you all for your good intention to improve your mindfulness for the benefit of yourselves, your families and the world JJ

Also if you have any questions, regarding the teachings or the retreats, please let me know.

Phra Mana will be giving talks at UNSW Sydney, 7p Friday 22 March and ANU Canberra 7pm Friday 29 March, all welcome.

We are looking for volunteer English teachers on Saturday and Sunday mornings at 10am for the next 2 months, no experience necessary, so if you feel like a day trip and yummy lunch please email.

Sorry we cannot offer accommodation outside the retreat dates

Hi Kim

 Thanks for the weekend. I enjoyed it so much, I'm just putting in an application form for me and my husband for the May 3rd retreat. Initially I thought it would be better to come separately but after seeing so many couples and family members practicing together, I feel like the silence would be possible event though we know each other.

 I look forward to your response to my retreat application.

Many thanks Kim. Again a wonderful experience and retreat . Thank you  to you, the monks and volunteers for your effort and time with the retreat .

I would like to put my name down for next months retreat in April to help deepen my practise. Would that be possible ?
